Pat Kinsella leads the UK arm of the WorldWide group. A robust, experienced Ministry of Defence Commercial Officer, he has led teams and delivered against challenging objectives in the most demanding environments around the World. A successful record as a PRINCE2 programme manager driving change and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute in Purchasing and Supply, Pat's work focusses on managing risk and optimising stakeholder input working to tight deadlines and budgets. Pat's leadership is based around effective communication, energy, humour and a desire to succeed, and his Military and procurement experience are an invaluable contribution to the consortium.
Jerry Froggett is Chief Executive of Cintra, a social enterprise with almost 20 years of experience delivering face to face interpreting to public sector agencies such as the Police, the NHS and a wide range of central and local government departments. Operating in excess of 35,000 public sector interpreting assignments each year, Cintra has developed an enviable and hard won reputation as a high-quality service provider. Focussing on the training and development of its 800 registered linguists, Cintra is an accredited training agency offering DPSI qualifications, and proudly supports the continuing professional development of its team.
Jaimin Patel is passionate about public service. His background has seen him through various private ventures and ultimately to the world of Local Government as Newham Council's Head of Service for the Language Shop. With over 20 years of translation and interpreting expertise, he is extremely passionate about promoting high quality and ethical services to meet the needs of communities and the vulnerable. Jaimin brings a drive and determination to the consortium, working tirelessly to ensure value for money services, whilst continuously exploring innovative ways of delivering language services. Key achievements include leading The Language Shop winning a national customer service award, and pioneering a public sector partnership delivering huge cost savings and service user benefits to the whole north east London region.
After gaining a BA in French & German and an MA in Linguistics from University College London, Robert started life in the localisation industry as a project manager in 1999. He subsequently worked in a range of operational, sales and technical roles in three different language service companies, before co-founding translate plus in 2008. With a strong focus on customer service and technology, Robert and the translate plus team help to promote translation, proofreading and transcription best practice across the UK public sector, ensuring that work is delivered on time and on budget, while adhering to the ISO 17100 translation quality certification.
Sally Chalk leads Clarion UK working with Deaf and hard of hearing people who need access to mainstream services. She has 25 years experience of building organisations that provide best in class services and it spans working across the public, private and third sectors on a National and International basis. Now based in Cambridge, she works around the country and prides herself on Clarion UK’s passion, commitment to those it works with, and on the impact we achieve. Their vision is that every deaf person gets the best communication, support and employment services in the right place, at the right time, throughout life. Delivering services in a way that is innovative, effective, coherent and clear is a big deal for her.
